Executive - Facility Management

• Motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer with at least2 years of experience to join real estate administration team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mechanical systems within our commercial and residential properties.
• This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, STP, ETP, water softener and other building systems, as well as excellent problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the installation of mechanical systems in new and existing buildings.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure all mechanical systems are functioning efficiently.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop project plans and specifications.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure all mechanical systems comply with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation related to mechanical systems.
• Manage budgets and timelines for mechanical projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
