Executive / Senior Executive ( Invoice Processing - SAP)

Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a skilled Invoice Processing Specialist to join our Finance team at the plant location. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in invoice processing, with expertise in SAP. The role involves validating, recording, and ensuring accurate payment processing of invoices while coordinating with internal departments and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Record invoices in the SAP system and ensure proper coding.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and track pending invoices to ensure timely payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain invoice-related reports
• Support monthly and yearly financial reconciliations.

Key Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable.
• Proficiency in SAP is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of invoice-to-payment processes, GST, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a plant-based environment and manage high volumes of transactions.

Educational Qualification:

• Master or Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certification or experience in SAP ERP will be an added advantage.
