Real Estate Sales - Executive/ Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.

Skills Attributes/Functional Competencies:

• Product Knowledge (e.g. specifications, location)
• Understanding of Sales Processes (e.g. SOPs)
• Stakeholder management
• Industry knowledge (e.g. competition analysis)
• Data analytics using Advanced MS Excel and other tools

As an sales representative your primary responsibility will be effectively communicating with customers and driving sales by selling apartments. Your exceptional communication skills, coupled with your in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
