Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining the vendor's payout data and mis
• Interaction and coordination with vendors and sales team
• Handle end-to-end processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Verify invoice details, including amounts, taxes, and vendor information, against purchase orders or contracts.
• Drafting daily, weekly and monthly reports, handling data collection and coordination with other teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Record invoice details in accounting software accurately.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for all processed invoices.

Skills Required

• Someone with a zeal to resolve queries resulting in quicker TAT
• Good knowledge in salesforce and navigation
• Good experience in working with Microsoft Excel, Basic excel knowledge of VLook- up, and navigate Google Sheets will also do.
• Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work against deadlines, excel in several areas, sometimes unrelated to each other.
