Thriversity Overview for JD: Thriversity is an online learning library designed to empower

workplace professionals with essential skills for success. With hundreds of hours of high quality

content focused on cognitive, social, and behavioural skills, and expanding into tech, data, and

emerging trends like AI, Thriversity is shaping the future of learning and development for enterprises globally.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our

corporate learning platform (Thriversity), ensuring it delivers measurable value to learners

and corporate clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with the customers pain points and companys objectives of driving adoption, engagement, and learning outcomes.

2. Customer-Centric Product Development

• Product Features - Work closely with L&D stakeholders at client organizations to understand their requirements and design features that meet their leadership development goals.
• Content Development & Production - Collaborate with content teams to oversee content creation and production processes, ensuring timely delivery and tailored leadership learning pathways and ensure alignment with industry-leading competency frameworks.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, design, and content teams to deliver seamless integrations with enterprise LMS platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, MS Teams).
• Oversee ongoing product support and maintenance for Thriversity and on-time resolution of issues and to ensure seamless user experiences.

4. Sales Enablement

• Support the Sales and account management team with Pre Sales, Demos, Onboarding etc. to drive deal closure
• Build features that foster tighter partnerships, such as co-branded courses or organization-specific leadership pathways.

5. Engagement and Analytics

• Subsequently, develop and enhance platform features to drive learner engagement, such as role-based personalization, curated learning pathways, and gamification.
• Build robust analytics dashboards for corporate clients, providing actionable insights into learner progress and platform ROI.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5-8 years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech, HRTech, or enterprise SaaS products.

• Demonstrated interest in soft skills development. (Experience with corporate & teams or enterprise training solutions is highly desirable.)

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and product thinking capabilities rooted in first principles.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with LMS platforms, enterprise integrations, and modern collaboration tools.
