Location - Andheri East (Seepz)
Flexi to work from office
Immediate Joiner/Lesser notice period candidates only required
Shift - 12-9pm IST
Role & responsibilities
- Accounts payable function.
- Processing of Supplier invoices and intercompany invoices
- Processing of Supplier and intercompany payment
- Liaison with indenting and procurement teams
- Clearance of issues relating to Supplier invoices
- Review of reimbursement payment proposal and releasing of payments,
- Solving employee queries towards reimbursement and assisting in submission of claims,
- Preparation of reports
- Coordination for Bank reconciliation
- Month end closing activities like journal postings, variance analysis, Balance Sheet Schedules
Preferred candidate profile
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Education BCom
- Location Airoli/ SEEPZ
- Shift - 12-9pm IST
