Accounts Payable & Reimbursement Associate

Location - Andheri East (Seepz)

Shift - 12-9pm IST

Role & responsibilities

• Accounts payable function.
• Processing of Supplier invoices and intercompany invoices
• Processing of Supplier and intercompany payment
• Liaison with indenting and procurement teams
• Clearance of issues relating to Supplier invoices
• Review of reimbursement payment proposal and releasing of payments,
• Solving employee queries towards reimbursement and assisting in submission of claims,
• Preparation of reports
• Coordination for Bank reconciliation
• Month end closing activities like journal postings, variance analysis, Balance Sheet Schedules

Preferred candidate profile

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Education BCom
• Experience 2 to 3 years in Accounts.
• Location Airoli/ SEEPZ
• Shift - 12-9pm IST
