Business Development Consultant-IT sales

About the role: We are looking for an Inside sales person who will be responsible for lead generation or business development for our HR product called High5 which is an Employee engagement platform or Employee appreciation platform or Employee rewards and recognition platform or Employee recognition software.
Looking for someone who has very good work exp of generating leads in B2B Indian market or who is experienced in generating sales pipeline. Will be responsible for product demonstrations to clients. Looking for someone who has work exp in selling HR Product/HR solutions in B2B market. Carries a good network in Indian b2B market.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in HR IT product sales.
• Experience: 3+ years
• Hands on experience in generating leads for IT product licenses and services in HR domain.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
