Job Summary:

The Production Manager oversees the manufacturing process of woven shirts, ensuring timely production, quality control, and cost efficiency. This role manages production teams, coordinates with other departments, and optimizes processes to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Plan and oversee production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train production staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain product quality through regular checks and process adjustments.
• Cost Control: Manage production costs, optimize resources, and ensure budget compliance.
• Collaboration: Work with design, sourcing, and supply chain teams for seamless production.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in woven garment production, with leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong management, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• Education: Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).

Working Conditions:

Factory setting with standard hours, flexibility required during peak periods. Physical ability to stand for extended periods
