• New Product Evaluation – Techno-commercial analysis of new product opportunities to create a differentiated pipeline for Akums

• Gap analysis and product ideation – Evaluate internal portfolio and client portfolios to identify gaps and ideate new opportunities for strengthening the product portfolio addressing these gaps

• Disease Area Analysis - Study disease epidemiology and trends to identify unmet medical and market needs for addressing through new products

• Market Analysis – Analyse evolving market trends in various disease segments to identify opportunity areas

• Competitor Analysis – Evaluate competitors and suggest product portfolio additions to sustain leadership position in all segments of interest

• New Technology Analysis - Identify newer technology platforms for Akums to drive diferentiation for Akums products

• Client/stakeholder feedback: Discussion with physicians/KOLs/Clients for feedback on attractiveness of an opportunity in fulfilling the medical/market need

• Strategic Planning – Support creation, signing off and tracking of internal documents for initiating product development

• Cross-functional Coordination – Support coordination with various teams involved in product selection, evaluation and approval for development to facilitate New Product Portfoli process
