Role & responsibilities

1 Maintaining Quality and Yield of product as per standard set by R&D.

2 To ensure zero accident & incident.

3 To ensure a current and complete chemical inventory and MSDSs maintain in their

workplace.

4 Auditing concerned area of control for improvement w. r. t. EHS & cGMP and implementing corrective actions.

5 Ensure that organizational training requirements have been completed and provided to

individual employees with training specific to the area in which they will be working.

6 Making subordinates available for attending in house / out house EHS training.

7. Supervising personnel for effective implementation of the EHS program into the work

8. Ensure plant operations as per cGMP.

9. Maintain system to have RM traceability for each batch of intermediates and finished

Goods.

10. Trend of the quality should remain consistent and should show continual improvement w.r.t product.

11. Ensure optimum use of manpower.

12. To identify training needs for self / subordinates and get trained /imparted training to

Subordinates.

13. Ensure all documentation required for the product is completed as per regulatory filings,

by closely working with time lines.

14. Maintain a current and complete chemical inventory and MSDSs in their work place.

15. Supervising personnel for effective implementation of the EHS program in to the work

16. Providing necessary information / equipment to subordinates to protect their health.

17. Auditing concerned area of control for improvement w.r.t EHS and implementing corrective

Actions for all violations as highlighted in safety audits.

18. Ensure that organizational training requirements have been completed and provide training specific to the individuals employees.

19. To ensure system implementation as per ISO standard (ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2015 Occupational Health and Safety).

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having good exposure of API industry will be preferred.
