• Develop new products by designing formulations that meet customer requirements.
  
• Prepare dossiers for regulatory submissions, including dossier preparation and submission.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with existing products through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines during all stages of product development.
