Location : Bangalore SJR Tech Park office (Whitefield)

Job Description:

Quality Management role will collaborate with both domestic and international teams, specifically handling the planning, expansion, and promotion of new projects with overseas group companies (India).

The role involves coordinating engineering projects, focusing on adapting to new markets and improving processes effectively.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Formulation of technical strategy

- Development of technical strengths and capabilities at the India Captive Center

Standardization and enhancement of skills:

- Quality standards and process management in collaboration with domestic and international departments

- The resource is to ensure that the QM process followed by the Design team in Japan is replicated in India office. This will include process compliance

- He/she will work closely with Design team initially and take over independently

- Exp to be 10+years with preference for ITIL, CQA, Six-sigma certified is important.

- Target Processes for Offshore Development

- Control model development, automatic code generation, unit testing

Required Skills:

- Bilingual proficiency (Japanese and English at a business level)

- Hands-on Project Management and Team handling skills are needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in client management

- Experience in project management
