Job Description
- Leading and managing the IPO process for the merchant banking clients, particularly for listing on the SME (Small Medium Enterprises).
- Serving as the single point of contact for all IPO related activities as the primary liaison between the company and regulatory bodies.
- Overseeing the preparation of necessary documentation, the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), regulatory filings and compliance with SEBI regulations.
- Ensuring the readiness of the company for the IPO by working on corporate governance standards, financial transparency and reporting structures.
- Addressing issues that arise during the listing process and ensuring a smooth transition from private to public status.
- Advise on the structuring of the IPO, pricing, offering size, shareholder dilution Pre IPO-Planning to post IPO Support
- Identifying new business opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
- Good experience in Pre- IPO management, SEBI compliances, DRHP preparation and other activities related to SME IPO listing.
- Education qualification- MBA(F)/ CS.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
