Job Description
As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the Director s. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation for the company.
- Strategic Planning: Develop the business strategies across regions.
- Product Marketing: Develop and execute healthcare strategic marketing plans to drive the success of our products in India and International market.
- Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to expand the company s market presence and revenue streams.
- Thought Leadership & External Engagement: Represent the company as a thought leader in the industry. Participate in industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements. Build relationships with external stakeholders and influencers.
- Strategic Alliances & Partnerships: Cultivate and manage strategic alliances and partnerships with other organizations, industry associations, and ecosystem partners to drive mutual growth and collaboration.
- Performance Measurement & KPIs: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against strategic goals. Establish a framework for performance measurement and regular reporting to executive leadership and the directors.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role, with a focus on strategy development, business development, and growth initiatives in India and International Market.
- A candidate should possess commendable experience in healthcare IT sector. Should have comprehensive knowledge of Healthcare Information System, Electronic Medical Record, Laboratory Information System, Radiology Information System, (HIS, EMR, LIS, RIS, PACS etc.)
- Strong healthcare leadership network in India and the SAARC region is a must for the candidate.
- Track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability in a competitive business environment with any of the Healthcare IT Company in India or International.
Bachelors or Master s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
