Job Description

About the Role: A Chief of Staff role, "Seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, overseeing cross-functional initiatives, managing key stakeholder relationships, and driving operational excellence by leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions to facilitate seamless decision-making and strategic alignment across the organization."


Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning departmental goals with overall company vision.
  • Plan for special projects, prioritize key initiatives across the organisation, monitor progress, and identify potential roadblocks to ensure timely execution.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and alignment on critical projects.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Operational Excellence:
  • Streamline processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity across departments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, and partners.
  • Proactively communicate strategic updates and key decisions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage complex stakeholder expectations and address concerns.

  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key insights and recommendations.
  • Facilitate clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues, providing timely updates to the CEO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a senior leadership role with experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.

Qualification and Experience:

Master's degree in Business Administration from a Tier 1 B school with a minimum of 3 years of consulting experience.
