Executive/Senior Executive Human Resource -Talent Acquisition

Job Summary :

As a recruiter will be responsible to follow the process, shortlist candidates, negotiate right level compensation and extend offers to the selected candidates and maintain required documentation.

Role & responsibilities

1. Works with business and hiring managers to get a comprehensive understanding of vacancy and candidate requirements.

2. Using all available channels, invites, screens, interviews, and shortlist applicants in alignment with company values, recruiting strategies, legislative regulatory requirements.

3. Communicates and coordinates with candidates the job requirements responsibilities, company culture, working conditions and makes a positive impression about Akasa Air brand.

4. Arranges, coordinates interviews and travel logistics etc for selected applicants; partners with internal HR teams to ensure hiring process runs smoothly.

5. Within the governance matrix and process, shortlist candidates, negotiate right level compensation and extend offers to the selected candidates and maintain required documentation.

6. Maintains / updates and publishes dashboards to track open positions, candidate diversity, cycle time and highlights areas needing attention in consultation with Talent Acquisition Leader.

7. Partners with HR service providers / suppliers and outsourced vendors and make sure that the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of good / services received is as expected and is up to the mark.

8. Partners with HRBP / C&B / L&D teams for any companywide activities / initiatives of talent management and engagement.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Diversity and Inclusion candidates will be preferred.

2. Should have minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

3. Should be highly proficient with MS Office and Data management skills.
