Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategy to standardize and maintain brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints.
2. Be the custodian for the organization, championing brand values and ensuring adherence to brand standards across all initiatives.
3. Ensure a consistent and always on brand presence across platforms that align with the companys values, brand positioning and target audience.
4. Create smart, impactful short and long-form copy for various channels, adhering to the brands tone of voice guidelines.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between creative assets and marketing objectives.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce multi-format offline and digital assets, including on-ground branding material, graphics, videos, and new age digital formats. Be the central point of contact for all creative asset requirements.
7. Demonstrate a keen interest in driving video-based content for social platforms, leveraging storytelling techniques to engage audiences.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating insights into the content development strategy.
9. Conduct regular audits of brand assets and channels to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
10. Oversee content production process, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
11. Liaise with agencies and provide accurate written briefs for assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
12. Collaborate with internal departments to process internal communication requests, maintaining consistency and clarity in messaging.
13. Track and monitor the performance of brand assets on multiple platforms, utilizing data and analytics to optimize the efforts.
14. Explore and adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of creative processes and digital marketing initiatives.
15. Regularly analyse market trends, competitor strategies and global best practices and ensure brand Akasa is top of mind and consideration.
