Strategy and Engagement:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their HR challenges and objectives.
• Provide thought leadership and insights on the latest HR technology trends and innovations.
• Design and deliver HR technology and transformation solutions that align with goals.
• Lead the development and execution of HR technology and transformation strategies. Strong
• Project Management
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology and transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope.
• Manage within cross-functional teams, coordinating between technical experts, HR specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies. HR Technology Expertise
• Provide expertise in the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS).
• Advise on best practices for HR process automation, data analytics, and digital HR operations as well as GenAI.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes affecting HR.
• Work cross-functionally to understand business needs and provide actionable insights for ongoing customer needs
• Work closely with payroll, C&B team members, vendors and HRBPs to ensure accuracy of benefits deductions, status changes, compensation, and time/attendance related issues
• Develop end-user procedures, guidelines, and workflow documentation
• Work with HR leadership to ensure timely implementation and delivery of new functionality and enhancements
• Work with stakeholders to create, update and oversee processes and workflows for HRIS systems and implement timely updates as changes occur
