Required Qualification and Skills:

Qualification:

• Any Graduation or Post Graduation
• Preferred: MBA in Human Resources
• Experience: 5-15 yrs.
• Proven experience in Recruitment
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Critical Thinking, Problem Solving Skills.
• Desire to work in a team with a results driven approach

Location: Jayanagar 9th block, Bengaluru

Mode of Work: On-site

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding Job Requirements, Sourcing, Screening, Conducting Interviews, and Facilitating the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the roles responsibilities, qualifications, and skills needed to create a detailed and accurate job description.
• Publish job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and company websites to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Screening the profiles, performing in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates.
• Performing background verification.
• Coordinating for the interviews with head of the Institution.
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
• Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies) in the database.
• Generating reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, Training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
• Deal with employee grievance regarding rules, and regulations.
