We have an exciting opportunity for the position of HR Recruiters at The JAIN Group.

Qualification: Any Graduation / MBA (HR)
Experience: 4-8 yrs.
Location: Jain Campus, Jayanagar 9th block, Bangalore

Mode of Work: On-site and full time
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Taking care of end to end recruitment
• Analysing the job requirement
• Posting the jobs in the portals
• Screening resume
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks Coordinating interviews with the head of the
  Institution
• Following up on the interview process status
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and
  state laws regarding employment practices
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing,
  recruitment,
• Training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
• Communicate with public services when necessary
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruitment
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
