Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities:

1.Recruitment Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for creative and manufacturing roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and departmental needs.

2.Talent Sourcing:

• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both creative and manufacturing positions.

3.Candidate Screening & Selection:

• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including phone interviews and in-person assessments, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

4.Job Posting & Promotion:

• Create compelling and accurate job descriptions that clearly outline role responsibilities, qualifications, and company culture.
• Promote job openings through appropriate channels and ensure alignment with branding and recruitment goals.

5.Collaborative Hiring:

• Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring teams throughout the selection process.

6.Onboarding & Integration:

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and positive initial experience.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs that facilitate integration into the company culture and job roles.

7.Market Research & Analysis:

• Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to continuously improve hiring processes and strategies.

8.Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports, including metrics on candidate sourcing, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on creative and manufacturing roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with industry-specific requirements and trends in both creative and manufacturing sectors.
