Recruiter (Executive/Assistant Manager)

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, professional networks, and company career pages
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks
• Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing timely feedback
• Maintain candidate relationship management system and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and team dynamics
• Conduct background checks and verify candidate references
• Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
