AM/Manager - Business Development (CDMO/Contract Manufacturing)

1. Position: Business Development Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager

2. Reporting to: Manager

3. Function: Domestic/Third Party BD

4. Qualification: Minimum Graduate

5. Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development Activities in FMCG/Pharma Organisation

6. Responsibility:

• Handling and managing third party manufacturing client/companies
• Generating new leads for pharma contract manufacturing
• Handling and generating new client data base
• Pitching new product and existing products for client/companies
• Order process follow up from procurement till order ready to dispatch
• Query handling in time at every level.
• Sales target analysis and their action plan

7. Key Result Areas:

a. Business Development in Domestic/Third Party Division

b. Generated Good sales volume in Domestic/Third Party Division

c. Must be having prior experience in pharma contract manufacturing, P2P experience in the pharma industry

d. Education Qualification must be Science graduate

8. Software:

a. Know how about SAP ERP

b. Very Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint

9. Soft Skills:

a. Confident and Learning Attitude

b. Ability to meet deadlines and managing multiple tasks with accuracy

c. Good Communication and Presentation Skills
