Business Development Manager (B2B Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle B2B sales of Company
• Generate business by B2B Sales
• Handling existing customers
• Having a care for customer attitude to help existing customers & ensure timely delivery of their products.
• Bring more products from existing customers for contract manufacturing.
  Offer them newer products from our basket & build a bigger portfolio. For that one should have a good understanding of Ayurvedic segment & a very good product knowledge is pre-requisite
• Should be able to tour regularly & visit all customers on regular intervals.
• Meeting monthly sales targets & achieving assigned sales targets.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuit.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with latest medical data.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in third party manufacturing/Contract manufacturing sales.
• The candidate should be Local of Jaipur.
• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest biotech issues
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in business development.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
