Project Manager with Airamatrix(AI Product Company)

Mandatory Skills: PMP Certification, Project Management, Quality, Audit, ISO 9001 & ISO 13485

Job Responsibilities:
• Primary function includes Project Management, Client/Vendor Management and Team Leadership.
• Lead complex projects/programs from conceptual design to implementation.
• Partner with, and when needed act as, Business Analyst/Customer to elicit requirements at the appropriate level of detail to enable project scope definition, creation of work packages epics, stories, tasks and sub-tasks, for development purposes
• Partner with Solution Architects and Tech leads to understand the technical solutions being implemented and take lead in translating technical details into     simpler, business-friendly language to ensure client understanding and alignment.
• Scope project work through discovery of business requirements, non-functional requirements and translation to technical work effort, SDLC project plans and work breakdown scheduling.
• Own the application development lifecycle and leverage Agile/Iterative methodology to deliver software systems in short but progressive and impactful cycles.
• Collaborate and work with both internal development teams as well as outsourced product development teams. Ability to manage and work with external development partners will be important.
• Manage projects to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality, while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high-performance standards.
• Set project quality and performance standards. Assess and manage risk over the project lifecycle. Maintain project tracking and information systems.
• Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction. Manage peer-level client relationships (expectation, communication, negotiation, escalation, feedback, etc.). Develop relationships with key client stakeholders and client executives.
• Mentor and manage the reporting team, encourage adoptions of latest technologies, promote use of best practices and design patterns. Participate in recruitment and hiring activities. Participate in, and assist with, company events such as training and internal initiatives.
• Drive various organization-level operating procedures, such as those for change-management, quality management and domain related regulatory certifications such as ISO and CMMI. 

Desired qualification and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline from a reputed engineering college.
• Education: B.E. / B. Tech
• Overall 13 plus years of experience in IT project management preferably leading web application development teams.
• Good understanding and exposure to quality processes and ISO certification audits is mandatory.
• Excellent people skills and relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiator. Must be able to effectively manage scope of projects and the expectation of the project stakeholders
• Experience and skill with customer-facing communications and interaction with technical & non- technical team members, and customer stakeholders on   project status, including progress, risk and any issues that may have an impact on project delivery.
• Operational excellence (includes ROI, budgeting/operations, metrics, etc.)
• PMP certification will be a plus.
