Senior UX Designer with Airamatrix(AI Product Company)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design user-centred wireframes using UX design tool such as Figma for multiple device types

2. Develop interactive prototype to test user interactions

3. Conduct user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns to evaluate the

usability of the design

4. Provide clear and detailed design specifications to developers as part of the design handoff

5. Work closely with programmers/developer to deliver the desired outcome and refine the designs

6. Ensure the final product meets the design standards

7. Adhere to best practices of UX design

8. Conduct research on emerging technologies and design principles to drive innovation

Education and qualifications:

1. BE / BTech / MCA / MTech / MS in computer science / IT

2. Degree/Diploma in design is preferable

Experience:

1. 4 plus years of UX design experience of designing complex solutions for desktop and tablet requirements

Knowledge and skills:

1. Three to five years of UX design experience of designing complex solutions for desktop and tablet requirements

2. Hands-on experience on one of the UX designing tools - Figma, Balsamiq or Sketch. Preferably, Figma

3. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of responsive design

4. Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3

5. Exposure and understanding of JavaScript

6. Experience in conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns

7. Should have a strong show-casing portfolio

8. Understanding of user-centred design thinking and approach

9. Ability to iterate the designs and solutions efficiently

10. Ability to showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
