Senior Manager - Facility Marketing
Job Brief:
- He would be responsible for overseeing overall marketing operations at site, ensuring regular communication & interaction with brands, event management, maintaining sanctity of the mall, keeping record of all marketing related operations etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End to End Marketing & Communication Planning.
- Formulate marketing strategy for brands in line with the organization strategy to drive top line growth and desired positioning in the market.
- Be responsible for identifying and leading marketing campaigns that drive real estate sales and educate clients about the projects.
- Manage marketing budget to be within allocated budget and manage cost of sales.
- Create strategy to generate leads and thereby sales for new and existing projects.
- Identify new target group for sales.
- Create strategy on collaterals and brand communication and ensure operations within budget.
- Manage presales and PR function as well.
- Agency Coordination for Campaign Ideations & Executions across platforms.
- Collaterals Development in coordination with the agency and internal stakeholders.
- Increase Corporate Brand value of Group in the market.
- Prepare annual branding and communication budget and costs framework in line with the corporate goals.
- Design and implement Event & Promotion Campaigns.
- Develop a credible brand image in the mind of the customer.
- Develop various channels to reach the targeted customer segment.
- Develop and deliver corporate brand related communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop brand related advertisement and communication merchandise for use by internal customers.
- Marketing Initiative for Retail Operations to augment revenues for retailers, footfall & reduction in occupancy cost.
- Design, Develop & Budgeting of Mall Marketing Plan spread across the lifecycle of Mall.
- Evaluation of technology driven & digital systems for consumer analytics, to understand mall & buying behaviour.
- Conduct in-house benchmarking study for various aspects of Mall development including industry, categories, brands, services & technology.
- Identify the needs & developing a brief for conducting Market Research including region overview, catchment analysis, market assessment, benchmarking, perception study, business plan involving product mix & demand assessment.
- Develop plan for conducting Consumer Survey involving demographic profile, mall/market visitation patterns, identify barriers and drivers for mall / market visitation to facilitate informed decisions regarding the project development, leasing & marketing.
