Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Agency Coordination:
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing and PR agencies to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Ensure alignment with brand goals and oversee campaign deliverables.
Website Updates & Maintenance:
- Coordinate with STAAH and relevant agencies for timely website updates.
- Ensure the website reflects current promotions, offers, and accurate information.
Online Reputation Management (ORM):
- Oversee the management of online reviews, comments, direct messages (DMs), and story reshares.
- Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a positive brand image.
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging internal content for the hotel and restaurant, focusing on stories, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to generate high-quality content for digital and offline platforms.
Awards and Event Participation:
- Identify opportunities for awards and event participation to enhance brand recognition.
- Lead the application process in collaboration with agencies or internal teams.
Promotional Planning:
- Partner with the F&B department to strategize and execute monthly promotions.
- Work with the sales team to create and promote website-exclusive offers.
Collateral Management:
- Design and update hotel and sales collaterals, including brochures, menus, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all materials align with the brand identity and are available for offline and sales requirements.
Advertising Campaigns:
- Monitor and track ad spend across social media platforms and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
Influencer & Media Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with celebrities, bloggers, and journalists.
- Coordinate with the PR agency to identify and leverage opportunities for articles and press coverage.
Photoshoots & Creative Execution:
- Organize and oversee photoshoots for the hotel and restaurant.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of visual assets align with promotional needs.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Collaborate with all hotel departments to align promotions and fulfill internal requirements.
- Facilitate clear communication to ensure marketing efforts support operational goals.
Digital Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and others to monitor digital performance.
- Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Maintain an understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing trends.
