About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team.
- In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing top talent.
- You will play a critical role in building a strong employer brand and attracting and hiring exceptional individuals who contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels and functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment sources, including job boards, universities, and recruitment agencies.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and engage top talent.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, employee referrals, and professional networking.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Negotiate employment offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters (if applicable).
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and high-performing recruitment team culture.
Employer Branding:
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice.
- Manage the company's online presence on job boards and social media platforms.
- Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote career opportunities.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and present findings to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent across various roles and levels.
- Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for building a strong employer brand and creating a positive candidate experience.
