Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our commercial real estate projects.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, exceptional marketing and communication skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- This role will involve strategic planning, brand management, digital marketing, and sales support to drive occupancy and investment in our commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for commercial real estate projects, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and market opportunities.
- Create and manage project marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Develop project positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Brand Management and Positioning:
- Establish and maintain a strong brand identity for commercial real estate projects.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
- Manage brand reputation and address any potential issues.
Digital Marketing and Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage website content and optimize for search engine visibility.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Implement digital marketing analytics to track and report on campaign performance.
Sales Support and Collateral Development:
- Develop and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and virtual tours.
- Provide sales teams with marketing tools and resources to support their efforts.
- Organize and manage property launches, events, and exhibitions.
- Create and manage virtual tours and 3d renderings.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, development, and property management.
- Manage external marketing agencies and vendors.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends and provide regular reports on marketing activities and performance.
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Provide market analysis reports to upper management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project marketing, preferably in commercial real estate.
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and industry trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and CRM.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
