About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
This role focuses on driving sales of our commercial and retail properties.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, a strong understanding of the market, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Management:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for commercial and retail properties.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Market Knowledge & Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations (RERA).
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Understand property values and pricing dynamics.
Sales Channel Management:
- Effectively utilize various sales channels, including direct sales, channel partners (CPs), corporate sales, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in each channel.
- Optimize channel performance to maximize sales.
Compliance & Documentation :
- Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in real estate transactions.
Reporting & Analysis :
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- High lead-to-closing conversion ratio.
- Experience selling across multiple projects - commercial and retail.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, including pricing, trends, and competition.
- Familiarity with RERA regulations and norms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales1 tools
