Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Testing Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Selenium and Robot Framework for test automation, along with hands-on experience in Jira for test management and issue tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Robot Framework.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
- Maintain and enhance the existing automation framework to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as required.
- Utilize Jira for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Continuously improve automation processes by incorporating best practices and new tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze test results, and document findings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Automation Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.
- Proficiency in Robot Framework for test automation.
- Experience with Jira for test case management and defect tracking.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
