Automation Test Engineer [Python Selenium]

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, specifically
using Python and Selenium. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will be
responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts, ensuring
high-quality software products through rigorous testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and
  Selenium WebDriver.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure the application meets the
  required quality standards.
• Identify, record, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Implement continuous integration (CI) pipelines for automated test execution and
  reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and experience with Python-based testing frameworks
  (e.g., pytest, unittest).
• Strong experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver for web
  application testing.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with test automation tools like Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
• Experience in working with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman or Rest
  Assured.
• Knowledge of databases and writing queries in SQL to validate data.
• Ability to work with cloud-based testing platforms and automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test-driven development (TDD).
• Familiarity with other testing frameworks such as Robot Framework or
  Cucumber.

Optional:

• Experience in performance testing and tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker for test environment
  setup.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
