Job Description
AIFA India, a frontrunner in AI-powered solutions, is looking for a Data Scientist/Data Engineer/Senior Python Developer. This role is crucial in developing and implementing data strategies that enhance our cutting-edge web applications, enabling businesses across sectors to leverage the full potential of AI and ML.
What Youll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and storage solutions.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and Python development.
- Contribute to the improvement of data governance, data quality, and data integration practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews and share knowledge to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and its data-related libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their real-world application.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely and in person.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Contributions to open-source projects or public GitHub repositories.
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and LLMs
