Job Description
- Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to the real estate industry.
- Predictive Modeling : Develop predictive models to forecast market trends, property prices, demand-supply dynamics, and other key indicators using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms and web scraping.
- Feature Engineering : Engineer relevant features from raw data to improve model performance and accuracy.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Model Evaluation : Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate models to continuously improve accuracy and relevance.
- Data Governance : Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and real estate industry trends, and apply them to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Deploy the MSSQL for the first time to handle the large data.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions, with a keen attention to detail and analytical rigor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Sales orientation & attitude.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including weekends and in dynamic work environment.
- Able to work with a variety of stakeholders and manage their expectations with finesse.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to multi task and work in a cohesive manner as a team player.
- Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges and define horizons.
