Job Description
Company Overview:
AiFA Labs is a leading technology-driven organization specializing in AI-powered business solutions and process automation. We leverage cutting-edge SAP BTP, BPA, and AI technologies to optimize and transform enterprise workflows.
We are looking for a Senior SAP BTP BPA Consultant to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions using SAP Workflow Management, SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP IRPA.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design & Implementation:
- Develop and deploy SAP BTP BPA solutions to automate business processes.
- Design and configure SAP Workflow Management, SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP IRPA solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and other third-party applications.
- Build and optimize end-to-end business workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
2. Process Automation & Optimization:
- Identify automation opportunities and optimize business workflows.
- Work with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement workflow automation.
- Ensure process compliance, scalability, and security.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and development teams to gather and implement process automation requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and best practices on SAP BPA solutions.
- Participate in workshops, POCs, and technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
4. Support & Continuous Improvement:
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP BPA-related issues.
- Monitor and optimize automation performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP and automation trends to drive continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP BTP BPA, including SAP Workflow Management, SAP Build Process Automation, and SAP IRPA.
- Experience in SAP Integration Suite (SAP CPI, API Management, Event Mesh).
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and Business Rules Framework.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven automation solutions is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or ABAP (preferred but not mandatory).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Self-driven and eager to explore new SAP technologies.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- SAP BTP or BPA certification is an added advantage.
