Job description

As a Reservation Executive, you will serve as the first line of inquiry for villa reservations within the hotel. You will be responsible to:

• Respond to reservation inquiries from customers via phone and reply to reservations email inquiries
• Quickly convert reservation inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest's expectations
• Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining hotel standards

Required Candidate profile

To fill the role as a Reservations Executive at Aguada Anchorage, you must have the following:

• A highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• A passion for delivering great customer service
• Outstanding administration and organizational skills
• Intermediate computer proficiency
