Position: Reservation Executive

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Job Description

- We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Tourism Operations & Reservation Professional's who pride themselves on their ability and deliver extraordinary level of customer service and prove creative solution to our client.

- Design itinerary, costing Communication to the clients Coordinate for rates, bookings Preparation of travel related documents including ticket, vouchers, Meet & greet management, Follow up & feedback from guest, Handling payments, raise invoices & clear outstanding.

Key Requirements

- Excellent Communication Skills in English (Oral & Written)

- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office & Outlook)

- Excellent Organizational Skills

- Knowledge & Experience of Tourism Industry

- Should be knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, MICE.

- Must be from Tourism educational background.

- Knowledge about UAE is an advantage

- Familiar with Location (Pune)

- Familiar with time flexibility - as per international working hours

- Immediate joining

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Male Candidate Preferred

* Dubai based company, backend operation office located in Pune

* Salary will be decided as per experience and ability of candidate.
