Job Description

• To organise daily schedule and appointments.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for all general communications with the Chairman and Managing Director.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for the Chairman & Managing Director, while diligently tracking their itineraries.
• Planning and scheduling meetings as required.
• Conducting research and organizing data to effectively represent senior management, including directors, executives, and committees.
• Managing reports, invoices, and related documents, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Safeguarding confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Screening visitors to determine their eligibility to meet with executives.
• Providing comprehensive administrative support.
• Overseeing the travel desk for employees, managing both domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, and visa processing.
