🕒 Work Location: Rohini, New Delhi
⏰ Office Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
📜 Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Educational Qualifications

✅ Preference 1: Full-Time MA in English (1st Division) OR Full-Time MA in Mass Communication (1st Division)
✅ Preference 2: Full-Time Graduate with a Diploma in Secretarial Practice (1st Division).

Key Responsibilities

📌 Administrative Support:

• Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
• Coordinate conferences and events with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.

📌 Communication Management:

• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and other stakeholders.

📌 Project Coordination:

• Assist in executing special projects and ensure progress tracking.
• Collaborate with departments for data analysis and reporting.

📌 Travel Management:

• Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.

📌 Confidentiality and Professionalism:

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions, upholding the companys values.
