Intern - Social Media & Content

Job Responsibilities -

Content Creation:

• Develop and produce high-quality, original content for blog posts, articles, website copy, email newsletters, and other digital media.
• Create engaging, shareable social media content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform's audience.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and other multimedia content.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and monitor all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), including content scheduling, posting, and responding to comments/messages.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, providing regular reports to management.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to support marketing objectives and drive traffic to the website.

Community Engagement:

• Build and maintain a positive online community through active engagement with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for user-generated content and collaborations with influencers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content writing and social media management, preferably within the same role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, management, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing tools (Canva) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo).
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
