Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Social Media Intern to manage and grow the social media presence of Blossoms Aroma Pvt. Ltd.. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building brands and crafting strategies to enhance social media reach and engagement. The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and eager to take ownership of social media initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all social media profiles, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate high-quality content, including posts, stories, and videos, aligned with the brand's tone and values.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to stay ahead.
• Plan and run social media campaigns to grow followers, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the team to design monthly content calendars.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for social media collaborations and partnerships.

Skills Required:

• Proven knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent content creation and editing skills (both visuals and captions).
• Strong understanding of analytics tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, etc.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Only female candidates based in Delhi NCR are eligible to apply.
• Available to work in-house at our office.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
