Hi We are hiring Manual Testers with a leading Project that we are holding with us for Noida location

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute manual test cases to validate software functionality and performance across various systems.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to gather test requirements and create detailed test plans.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance tests across different environments and platforms.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., Jira), working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct detailed testing and verification of financial applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and business requirements.
• Provide input and feedback on test strategies and assist in test estimation efforts for large-scale projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is maintained at each stage of the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure that proper test data and environments are available for testing, working with teams to ensure test coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in the financial domain, SCM or payments systems.
• Proven experience in writing and executing detailed test plans and test cases for complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of various test types such as functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects clearly.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development, business, and QA teams.
• Experience with defect management tools (e.g., Jira) for tracking and reporting bugs.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Selenium or other automation tools (basic understanding).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and their relevance to testing.
• Experience with performance testing tools (bonus).
• ISTQB or similar relevant testing certifications.
• Familiarity with payment systems or financial software applications.
