Hiring Automation Testers from Payments/Banking Domain

Hi We are hiring Automation Testers with a leading Project that we are holding with us for Noida Location

JD-

Mandatory Skills - Selenium, BDD, Cucumber, Other Latest Testing tools leveraging with GenAI, Copilot, and CI/CD Tools - Azure DevOps

Domain Financial, Insurance, Payment, Oracle ERP, SCM (Supply Chain Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
• Utilize BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) principles, primarily using Cucumber framework, to create clear and understandable test scenarios
• Implement automation strategies that support continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes
• Leverage GitHub Copilot to streamline test case creation and accelerate the development of automation scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business teams to define clear testing requirements and success criteria.
• Perform regression and performance testing through automation, ensuring stable and high-performing applications.
• Identify opportunities for increasing test coverage and improving the efficiency of automated test execution.
• Participate in test planning and review, assisting in estimation efforts and test environment preparation.
• Contribute to the development of test metrics and track test execution progress.
• Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning, ensuring testing is integrated into the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or failures related to automated testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in automated testing, specifically with Selenium.
• Expertise in BDD methodologies, particularly using Cucumber framework.
• Good understanding of test process, methodology, checklists and guidelines
• Must have defined and implemented test metrics and dashboards
• Expertise in leveraging GitHub Copilot to assist in automated test case generation and test script development.
• Strong understanding of the financial domain and experience with financial applications or payment systems, Oracle ERP & SCM – Supply Chain Management??
• Proficient in writing, debugging, and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Agile workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Git for integrating automated tests into the build process.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of Java/C# or other programming languages to write and maintain automation scripts
• Good to have experience with test management tools like TestRail

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD pipeline tools.
• ISTQB or relevant testing certifications.
• Familiarity with payment systems or banking software.
