Job Description: Market Research Analyst

• Execute marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and content marketing.
• Work with marketing head to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our companys goals and objectives.
• Analyse data, tracking metrics, and using insights to measure the success of our marketing campaigns and improve performance.
• Conduct secondary market research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Create account dossiers with deep account and contact insights to enable sales team in account qualification.
• Experience in creating, managing B2B customer database of target accounts ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Segment customers based on defined ICP: Firmographic, Technographic, Intent data, demographics, behaviour, and purchasing patterns to optimize targeting and messaging.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PPT)
• Hands on experience in CRM & MAP tools like Marketo, HubSpot, Freshworks, Zoho or Salesforce.
• Proficient in Email marketing tools like Mailchimp, SendInblue, SendGrid, etc.,

Proficient in database research tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Pipileads, Lead411, RocketReach, etc.,Role & responsibilities
