Once Agira was a great place to work, but not anymore. Everything that was good was in the past.

Dislikes

Now with their upgradation to fancy workplace and no projects is a nightmare for employees. The burden can be seen on employees. Forced work from office is initiated. Salary hike has been stopped and there is no hope for employee growth. There is no freedom to switch position or upgrade. You have to work based on their requirement.Note: 1. Salary will be deducted, if project delivery is delayed or not up to mark. 2. There are important so called Lead personals in the organization, they will micromanage/juggle you with their own necessity. 3.
