Insurance Presales Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Presales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong background in presales activities, client engagement, and technical sales support. This role involves working closely with the sales and technical teams to provide valuable insights and solutions to potential clients, including handling RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and their industries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs.
• Engage in client meetings to understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer technical queries during the sales process.
• Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Assist in the development and improvement of insurance products and services.
• Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Utilize data analysis tools to support sales strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a presales or technical sales role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, underwriting, and claims procedures.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with statistical modeling and data mining.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
