Job Description

The HR Recruitment Manager will lead and optimize the recruitment strategy, ensuring a streamlined and effective hiring process. This role is crucial for attracting top talent and aligning recruitment practices with the organizations goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant certification (eg, SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for various roles across different departments and levels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing recruitment challenges.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Recruitment Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with organizational goals and values.
  • Analyze current recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
2) Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
3) Talent Sourcing:
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including leveraging social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, universities, and recruitment agencies to expand talent networks.
4) Candidate Management:
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining effective communication and providing timely feedback.
5) Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for each role.
  • Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation criteria.
6) Metrics and Reporting:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment effectiveness, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on recruitment performance and market trends.
7) Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
8) Employer Branding:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and promote the employer brand, enhancing the company s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Create engaging content for careers pages, job advertisements, and social media to attract top talent
