Purpose :

The incumbent will be part of the crucial member in the team of EAs providing reliable and accurate support to executives and management while working with confidential information

Roles and Responsibilitites :

Calendar Management and Meeting Support :

• Proactively manage the Shareholders calendar, handling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements while prioritizing and organizing commitments to enhance time management.
• Draft meeting agendas, participate in meetings, and record minutes and action items. Ensure meetings are conducted efficiently and that follow-up actions are completed.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence :

• Draft, revise, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Manage and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on their behalf, ensuring timely and professional responses.
